适用于 Q-Smart(中文名:齐圣出行) 电瓶车防盗锁小程序(含app)及相关服务。

Q-Smart(中文名:齐圣出行) User Service Agreement

Applicable to the Q-Smart(中文名:齐圣出行) e-bike anti-theft lock mini program (including the app) and related services.

1. 协议范围

本协议由您与 Q-Smart(中文名:齐圣出行) 平台运营方(以下简称“我们”)就您使用 Q-Smart(中文名:齐圣出行) 小程序及相关服务所订立。服务包括账号注册与登录、车辆绑定、设备控制、位置与轨迹查询、报警消息、车辆共享、会员续费与支付等。

2. 账号注册与安全

  • 您可以通过手机号、邮箱验证码或微信手机号授权方式注册/登录。
  • 您应确保账号信息真实、准确、完整,并妥善保管登录凭证。
  • 因您保管不善导致的账号风险(如泄露、盗用),由您自行承担相应后果;您应及时联系我们处理异常情况。

3. 服务内容与使用规则

  • 车辆控制功能(如开锁、座桶控制等)仅限合法设备及授权用户使用。
  • 您不得利用本服务实施违法违规活动,不得攻击、干扰系统或恶意调用接口。
  • 如您将车辆共享给他人,应确保共享行为合法并取得必要授权。

4. 会员与支付

  • 部分功能可能需要购买会员或续费套餐后使用,具体以页面展示为准。
  • 支付服务可能由第三方支付机构提供。您在支付时应遵守对应机构规则。
  • 已生效订单的退款、变更等事项按照法律法规及平台公示规则处理。

5. 知识产权

本服务中涉及的软件、界面、文案、图像、标识等内容的知识产权归我们或合法权利人所有。未经授权,您不得复制、修改、传播或用于商业用途。

6. 责任限制

  • 我们将尽合理努力保障服务稳定与安全,但不保证服务绝对连续或无瑕疵。
  • 对于因网络故障、第三方服务异常、不可抗力等原因导致的服务中断或数据延迟,我们将在法律允许范围内承担责任。

7. 协议变更与终止

1. Scope

This Agreement is made between you and the operator of the Q-Smart(中文名:齐圣出行) platform ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the Q-Smart(中文名:齐圣出行) mini program and related services, including account registration/login, vehicle binding, device control, location and track query, alarm messages, vehicle sharing, membership renewal, and payment.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • You may register/login via mobile number, email verification code, or WeChat phone authorization.
  • You must provide true, accurate, and complete information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for risks caused by improper credential management. Please contact us promptly if any abnormal account activity is detected.

3. Service Use Rules

  • Vehicle control functions (such as lock/unlock and trunk control) are only for lawful devices and authorized users.
  • You must not use the service for illegal activities, system attacks, interference, or abusive API calls.
  • If you share a vehicle with others, you must ensure the legality and authorization of such sharing.

4. Membership and Payment

  • Certain features may require a membership subscription or renewal package, subject to what is shown in the app.
  • Payment may be provided by third-party payment institutions. You shall comply with their applicable rules.
  • Refunds and order adjustments are handled according to applicable laws and platform rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, interfaces, text, graphics, and marks in this service are owned by us or lawful right holders. Without authorization, you shall not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service stable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions or delays caused by network failures, third-party service issues, or force majeure.

7. Updates and Termination

We may update this Agreement based on business needs and legal requirements, and notify you through in-app announcements or other reasonable means. Continued use of the service after effectiveness means your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

  • 实现用户注册登录、身份校验与账号安全保护。
  • 提供车辆管理、远程控制、报警通知、共享管理等核心功能。
  • 处理会员续费、支付对账与售后服务。
  • 改进产品体验、进行运营分析与安全风险防控。

3. 权限调用说明

  • 位置权限:用于搜索附近设备、车辆定位与轨迹展示。
  • 蓝牙权限:用于发现、连接和控制蓝牙设备。
  • 相机/相册(如启用):用于扫码绑定、上传头像等业务场景。

您可在系统设置中管理授权。关闭部分权限可能导致相关功能不可用。

3.1 摄像头使用特别说明

  • 触发方式:仅在您主动点击“扫码”或“拍照上传”相关功能时调用摄像头,不会在后台静默开启。
  • 使用目的:用于识别设备二维码、辅助设备绑定或完成您主动发起的图片上传。
  • 处理原则:仅处理完成业务所需的最小信息,不将摄像头实时画面用于人脸识别、行为画像等无关用途。
  • 存储规则:除非您主动确认上传,拍摄画面通常仅在本地临时处理;上传后的图片将按业务需要及法律要求保存。
  • 关闭方式:您可在系统权限设置中随时关闭摄像头授权;关闭后,扫码与拍照相关功能可能无法使用。

4. 信息共享与披露

  • 我们不会向无关第三方出售您的个人信息。
  • 在实现支付、消息推送、地图定位等服务时,可能与必要的合作方共享最小必要信息。
  • 在法律法规要求、诉讼争议、行政执法等场景下,我们可能依法披露相关信息。

5. 信息存储与保护

  • 我们采用访问控制、加密传输、日志审计等合理安全措施保护您的信息。

1. Information We Collect

To provide and optimize services, we may collect the following information on a minimum necessary basis:

  • Account information: mobile number, email, login credentials, nickname, and avatar.
  • Device and vehicle information: device identifiers, vehicle name, binding relations, control logs, and online status.
  • Location information: location data collected with your authorization for vehicle positioning, tracks, and nearby device discovery.
  • Bluetooth-related information: Bluetooth status and nearby device discovery information for connection and control.
  • Camera-related information: only when you actively scan a QR code for device binding or upload an avatar, we process necessary image/QR recognition data.
  • Payment information: order number, payment status, and package details. We do not directly store complete payment account secrets.
  • Log information: operation logs, error logs, and request logs for security auditing and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Information

  • To enable registration/login, identity verification, and account security.
  • To provide core functions such as vehicle management, remote control, alarm notifications, and sharing.
  • To process membership renewal, payment reconciliation, and after-sales support.
  • To improve product experience, conduct operations analysis, and prevent security risks.

3. Permission Usage

  • Location permission: used for nearby device discovery, vehicle positioning, and track display.
  • Bluetooth permission: used for discovering, connecting, and controlling Bluetooth devices.
  • Camera/photo album (if enabled): used for QR code binding and avatar upload scenarios.

You can manage permissions in system settings. Disabling certain permissions may make related functions unavailable.

3.1 Special Notes on Camera Usage

  • Trigger: the camera is invoked only when you actively tap functions such as "Scan" or "Take Photo Upload"; it is not silently enabled in the background.
  • Purpose: to recognize device QR codes, assist device binding, or complete image uploads initiated by you.
  • Data minimization: we process only the minimum information required for the feature and do not use camera streams for unrelated purposes such as facial profiling.
  • Storage rule: unless you explicitly confirm upload, captured images are generally processed temporarily on device; uploaded images are retained as required by business needs and applicable laws.
  • Control: you may revoke camera permission at any time in system settings; after revocation, scan and photo-related functions may be unavailable.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

  • We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.
  • For services such as payment, push messaging, and map/location services, we may share minimum necessary information with required partners.
  • We may disclose relevant information when required by laws/regulations, litigation, or law enforcement.

5. Storage and Protection

  • We adopt reasonable security measures such as access control, encrypted transmission, and log auditing.
  • Your information is retained only for the period necessary to fulfill service purposes, and will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with law afterward.
